Description of position

Under the responsibility of the management, the educator ensures a constant and warm presence with groups of children. He or she sees to the development of children, hygiene, health, safety and well-being of them. He or she offers children activities to stimulate the overall development of the children in his or her group while respecting the educational program of the CPE. He or she maintains a meaningful and trusting connection with parents about their child's developmental needs.

Salary (range) :

Between 18$ and 20$ / h

Typical schedule :

Between 25h and 35h per week, organized as follows: - Between 10 and 20 hours on average per week in the workplace according to the needs of the educational childcare service; - 15 hours of study, paid.

The CPE Jardin de Fanfan is looking for motivated people who want to seriously invest in a study process to become an early childhood educator! We are looking for caring, patient people who listen to children and their needs. We need open, available, diligent, autonomous, organized and creative people who like to discover, share their knowledge and work daily as a team with colleagues, parents and management! Throughout the training, we want our educators to be able to: - apply the educational program of the ministry as well as that of the CPE, - develop their knowledge of child development, - communicate and establish a positive and meaningful relationship with each child, - apply the process of educational intervention (observation, planning, educational action, reflection-feedback).
