Workplace description

The Educational Daycare at Champ Fleuri aims to be an environment where the child thrives in joy and love. The daycare promotes and advocates for a democratic approach with the children. Being attentive to the emotional needs of the children allows us to create a stimulating, secure, and loving environment where the child will want to learn, assert themselves, and grow. Love is the essential ingredient to foster the harmonious development of the child. Their evolution will occur gradually if we respect their individuality and listen carefully to their needs. Availability and attentiveness are essential for the proper development of the child. The educator plays a crucial role in the child's learning process. They are the motivator who helps the child become interested, discover, and integrate into their environment. Additionally, the educator ensures the child’s well-being and fulfillment by providing a stimulating and secure environment.
