Workplace description

In beautiful, spacious, clean and well-lit premises, we offer a welcoming, safe and caring childcare environment designed to meet the needs of all aspects of child development. We have a large outdoor play area dedicated to children aged 18-24 months. The outdoor play area for adults is Morgan Park located less than 500 m from the daycare. We offer our daycare services Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. We draw inspiration from the educational program ‘welcome early childhood’ and Montessori pedagogy. Our approach is focused on the quality of educational intervention with children, on the coherence and continuity of interventions between educational staff and parents. Our approach promotes, in a spontaneous way, the development of all aspects of the child’s personality. The child exercises, moves, experiments, learns to coordinate his movements, collects ideas here and there from the outside world.

Why join our educational team?

We are a very active daycare and we explore all the resources and spaces dedicated to children in the neighborhood (library, park, schoolyard, leisure center, paddling pool, woodlands. We organize various enriching and meaningful activities for children, in various environments: 1. Visit to the library, fire department, botanical garden, paddling pool, 2. Participate in the little happiness festival. We maintain a warm and respectful attitude with parents in order to facilitate communication We have been a childcare center that has been very integrated into the life of our neighborhood for 11 years. Our interactions with children are guided by the principles of caring education. Being kind to the child means firstly responding to their physiological and emotional needs. This implies great availability on the part of the adult (physical presence, but also emotional presence).
