Why join our educational team?

The early childhood educational program aims to support the overall development of children aged 0 to 5, considering their needs, interests, and pace. It is based on five fundamental principles: Each child is unique: The program values differences and adapts interventions accordingly. The child is the primary agent of their development: Children learn by exploring, playing, and interacting with their environment. Development is a holistic and integrated process: Emotional, physical, social, cognitive, and language dimensions are interconnected. Partnership with parents is essential: Parents play a key role in their child’s development. Collaboration among stakeholders is important: A cohesive team promotes quality support.
