Description of position

Nous sommes à la recherche d'éducateurs/éducatrices pour travailler en alternance avec les heures de formation du programme COUD dans les pouponnières ou dans les groupes de 18 mois-3 ans.

Salary (range) :

Between 18$ and 20$ / h

Typical schedule :

Between 25h and 35h per week, organized as follows: - Between 10 and 20 hours on average per week in the workplace according to the needs of the educational childcare service; - 15 hours of study, paid.

ChatGPT Located in the heart of Limoilou, Garderie Éducatôt welcomes families and staff from diverse nationalities. The various cultures enrich our environment and promote the learning of second languages. Our facility emphasizes the Montessori pedagogy atmosphere, which places significant importance on each child as well as each educator. Similar to the educational program of the Ministry of Family, Montessori pedagogy aims to encourage children to become autonomous, make choices, self-discipline, concentrate, and cultivate their desire to learn and explore the world. Our setting includes 3 facilities catering from infants to 5 years old. The groups are multi-age except in the infant rooms. Daily routines are well-established for everyone, with more individualized care provided to infants.
