Workplace description

Our daycare offers children and their families a warm and welcoming environment where every action and value is centered and focused on the child and their well-being. Our educational approach is designed to stimulate the child’s overall development, ensure their health and safety, and support the development of social and emotional skills. The parent is our most important partner. Our relationships thrive on exchange, collaboration, and joint decision-making. The child grows in an enjoyable atmosphere, surrounded by attentive and professional staff who respond to their needs

Why join our educational team?

The work-study program, with its mission to lend a helping hand in recruiting future educators and assisting in the training and retention of qualified staff focused on the child’s overall development, aligns with the values that drive our daycare, namely respect and loyalty to our mission of meeting the needs of children and their families. The work-study program resonates with our mission to continue offering quality educational services that comply with the standards and regulations of educational services in Quebec. Through this program, we aim to provide our daycare with competent and qualified staff, where the child is the focus of attention in an environment perfectly aligned with our values, a warm atmosphere where the entire team works in a positive climate, with active listening and a desire to enhance our services and create partnerships in early childhood development.
